The Eritaj Foundation has been working to promote organizational, health, social and economic development in Haiti for the past nine years. An umbrella organization based in Framingham, MA and Port au Prince Haiti, Eritaj (Haitian Creole for heritage) serves over 300 institutions including churches, schools and community based actions throughout Haiti.

OCOS- Our Church, Our Strength: Eritaj works with numerous churches to support basic services, including schooling and nutrition programs, as well as supporting church group action for economic development.

Femmes En Luttes(Women's Struggles): * A micro-loan project for poor mothers. Partner projects run Women's Struggles with a micro grant from Eritaj (Average $500).

Gift Of Education: * Advocacy for for education access for all through a network of existing schools in Haiti. The Gift Of Education currently inludes the James & Diana Thomson Fund, Le Fond Madame Dufford Milton pour l'education and Le Fond Pierre Riche pour l'education.

Poverty Reduction Promotions: * CD: Echoing, with American Jazz musician, Willie Sordillo
DVD: Circles of Change, a quiet revolution in Haiti, produced by The Experiment in Alternative Leadership.
CD: By Gifrants, Haitian genre music, Troubadou Sek.
BOOK: And don't call me a racist, published by Ella Mazel.

Helping Hands: * Organization & network drives of medical supplies, electronic equipments, non-perishable food and other goods for Haiti's NPOS.

Volunteer Program: * Volunteers recruiting to provide hands-on services in community organizations in Haiti.

Publications: * Eritaj Chronicle depicts the work of various endeavors and voluntary associations to alleviate suffering in Haiti. The newsletter is published six times a year.

Grassroots Coalitions to support Haiti/Grassroots Fund: * A network of Grassroots organizations primarily based in the US and providing assistance in the areas of health, education, relief and development in Haiti.
