NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN HAITI

ERITAJ Foundation is now offering non profit, Haiti-based organizations an opportunity to join an international volunteer host database. Organizations do not need to register in the United States, however, they should be registered with the Haitian government or plan to do so during the first year of membership with ERITAJ. They may or may not have international links.

Membership criteria:

Organizations whose objectives and functions are to carry out one or more of the following activities:

• Provide free or reduced-cost education and health services.
• Offer assistance to individual, children and families in need.
• Support community development in Haiti.
• Encourage the advancement of just and sustainable social, economic and cultural development.

• Statement of organization mission and objectives
• Constitution and statutes or similar documents
• Proof of non-governmental and non-profit legal status (if registered)
• List of officers and contact persons with their titles, addresses, e-mail and phone.
